This week, Mike’s chat with Gough continues – Gough being the first legally blind person to write, produce, direct, edit and act in a feature-length film (plus many other releases) about his journey into directing, his passions, and his production company Beernuts Productions – Gough is an incredibly inspiring guy with a great many things to say!
Their chat consists of Gough’s journey & challenges with his media company as well as the importance of using a crew who understands the director’s vision, filmmaking timescales, Gough’s experiences with actors, the amazing New Zealand director (and actor) Taika Waititi, the importance of exercise, Gough’s great school teacher, why comedy is Gough’s favourite genre, Gough’s favourite movies and so much more!
