#62 Pt 1 – Health Is Wealth: Stomach Ulcers, Holistic Balance, Positivity & Feeling Fabulous With Rochele Lawson

This week Mike is joined by “The Queen Of Feeling Fabulous”, Rochele Lawson - she’s a nurse, a podcaster, started a telecom company, has a degree in engineering, is a mother, is a wellbeing & life expert, has written several books AND is an incredibly friendly individual, so be prepared for a fantastic discussion!

Their talk starts with Rochele talking about how she got into nursing and what she achieves with her health & wellbeing practices, followed by the negative experiences she endured as a child which opened her mind to holistic medicine and alternative healthcare, part of her daily routine, alternative meditation, why & what Rochele writes every day, the importance of positivity, why admitting one’s mistakes is important and so much more!

Part 2 of their chat continues the discussion surrounding positivity before going into more detail of Rochele’s past books as well as her future release, how weirdness is definitely not always bad and being a trendsetter is better than being a trendfollower, followed by Rochele “knighting” Mike, some challenges Rochele faced being a successful woman at a time where it wasn’t as accepting as today, as well as many other fruitful topics, ending with Rochele & Mike discussing religious/spiritual ideologies, so be sure to tune into part 2 next week!
